Nursery Admissions and Fees
We encourage all families who are considering an Albyn Education for their child to attend one of our Open Events or visit us for a tour before submitting their child’s application.
Once you have decided to apply, the process is simple:
Step One: Login to our Parent Registration Portal here and complete an application form
Step Two: Our Admissions Team will contact you to confirm your request and discuss availability
Step Three: Offer of a place and a start date
Step Four: Login to our Parent Registration Portal and complete the Acceptance Form
Step Five: Arrange for a pre-start session to familiarise your child with the Nursery
Step Six: Your child’s education journey with Albyn School begins
The admissions process is the same for the sections of the Nursery.

Nursery Fees 2024-2025

Payment Method: You will be billed monthly in advance for a period of four (4) weeks. This will be payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Payment should be made by bank transfer.
Lunches: The above fees include lunches and snacks for children attending morning and full day sessions. Snacks are provided for children attending afternoon sessions.
Extra Sessions: Extra sessions will be charged at the Term Time rate and added to your next invoice. These are non-refundable after the request has been authorised.
Notices: Should you wish to withdraw a pupil or change your number of sessions we require four (4) weeks’ notice. Failure to provide such notice will result in a fee in lieu of notice for any reduction in sessions.
Sibling Discount (Only applies in Preschool): 35% discount applies to third and subsequent siblings attending Albyn School (immediate family only). Sibling discounts applicable on, or prior to, 23 June 2022 (namely 5% for a second child and 50% for a third child) will continue to apply, including to subsequent children not yet at the school, whilst at least one child remains continuously at Albyn.
Funding: Albyn School is an Early Learning and Childcare provider in partnership with Aberdeen City Council. Please note that funding is only available for children aged 3-5.
Childcare Vouchers: We accept Childcare Vouchers and the Government run tax free childcare payments.
