Albyn School marks Anti-Bullying Week

To mark the start of Anti-Bullying Week, Albyn School pupils and staff were invited to take part in Odd Socks Day to celebrate what makes us all unique and to stand up against bullying and discrimination.

The focus of this year’s Anti-Bullying Week is the resounding call to “Make a Noise about Bullying”. Over the course of this week, there will be various activities related to this topic for the children to take part in.

For instance, our wellbeing ambassadors delivered an anti-bullying assembly to our Upper School and Lower School pupils earlier today. We also organised a board games club, which focused on friendship and kindness, for our P6 and P7 pupils.

(As a school, we are observing Anti-Bullying Week a week earlier as our S4 pupils will be on exam leave from the following week.)
