Last weekend Royal Air Force Air Cadets from Albyn School and Robert Gordon’s College came together to complete their Bronze Leadership badge.

The cadets were trained and assessed in delivering briefings and leading a team. The focus at this stage in their training was to ensure that the task, team and individuals’ needs were balanced throughout their activity!
