We were very saddened to hear of the passing of His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh at the end of last week.
One of his biggest legacies, The Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme founded by His Royal Highness in 1956, has provided pupils at Albyn School with opportunities, confidence, resilience and many other skills to prepare them for life beyond the classroom.
His Royal Highness will live on though this fantastic legacy that will continue to inspire and enthuse young people for many years to come.
