Congratulations to the 9 pupils who were selected to compete for Scotland in Loughborough at the 2021 School Games National Finals recently 🏴 The pupils were Molly, Hugo, Alex, Vasiliy, Rhys, Sam, Finn, Owen, Kai and Charlotte who was a games official for the weekend!
In Athletics, Kai stormed home in the U17 boys 800m to win gold comfortably in a time of 1.53.44. He also had a strong anchor leg in the 4x400m taking the Paris team home to win a silver medal 🏅
In the Laser Run, Rhys finished in 5th place in the U17’s. The Albyn pupils were split into two Scottish teams, the Thistles and Saltires, with other athletes who had qualified from across Scotland. Finn’s Thistles team finished in 3rd place in the U17’s with Hugo’s Thistle team also placing 3rd in the U15’s✨
