More opportunities than ever before
We have expanded our co-curricular offering so pupils have more opportunities than ever before, with activities taking place before school, during lunchtime and after school.
Beyond the classroom
Co-curricular activities give our pupils a chance to discover what they enjoy, what challenges them and where they might want to develop. These experiences can also broaden children's social circles, giving them opportunities to meet pupils from different year groups and work with teachers they may not encounter in their normal lessons.
Aside from sports, music and arts, we also cater for different interests such as chess, eSports, Formula Goblins (engineering) and Homework Club.
Our Co-curricular Activities
Our creative arts programme gives every pupil the opportunity to discover their talents, build confidence and shine. From dance and clay to our spectacular school musical, Showstoppers and Acting Ensemble, pupils can explore their creativity, develop their skills, perform with pride and make lasting friendships along the way.
Music co-curricular activities encourage our pupils to express themselves creatively, build teamwork and improve cognitive skills.
If music is your child’s passion, or if this is their first introduction, we have numerous clubs for varying abilities; guitar, flute, jazz, ukulele, recorder, cello, orchestra, covers band and choir.
For those who wish to take their skills to the next level, pupils can also sign up for individual music lessons with visiting instructors.
Our sport co-curricular activities not only promote physical fitness but also enhance social skills, teamwork and discipline. Pupils learn valuable life lessons such as perseverance, leadership and the importance of fair play. These activities provide a structured environment to release energy, reduce stress and improve mental health.
We have plenty of options available including; cross country, hockey, skiing, laser run, gymnastics, yoga, football, netball, rock climbing and tennis.
Our wider co-curricular programme offers something for every interest, from Playground Buddies and Homework Club to eSports, science and Formula Goblins (engineering), Duolingo and sustainability. These activities encourage pupils to build confidence, develop new skills, connect with others and explore interests beyond the classroom.

FAQs
Yes, they are all free to attend with the exception of climbing which carries an additional charge.
Yes. Your child can still attend After School Club provided they have been booked in.
There is no limit to how many they can sign up for, however there is no expectation that children should do everything. The purpose of the programme is to give every child the chance to find something they enjoy.
