Bursary Awards

bursary awards

We believe that every child should have the opportunity to thrive in our learning environment, regardless of their family’s financial situation.

To help make this a reality, we offer a range of Bursary Awards for children who may not otherwise be able to attend Albyn School.  Our annual Bursary Awards are available for pupils entering P6 to S6 and the application window is mid September to mid December. Applications for these bursary awards for August 2026 entry have now closed.

Bursary Process

Here’s what you can expect from the admissions process when applying for our Bursary Award.

Step 1

Submit your child’s school application for the following academic year and indicate you are interested in the Bursary Award on the application form.

Step 2

After the bursary application portal has opened, our admissions team will be in touch with a link for you to complete the bursary application.

Step 3

Complete the bursary application and upload all supporting documents before the submission deadline.

Step 4

Your child will be invited to complete their entrance assessment in January/February by the admissions team.

Step 5

The outcome of your child’s school and bursary application will be emailed to you on Friday 27 February 2026.
