Our much-anticipated Open Cross Country Championships are back for 2025 and we're delighted to share that registration is now open! The event is open to schools across the North East (from P5-S6) providing a platform for young athletes to showcase their endurance, teamwork and sportsmanship. Each school may enter a maximum of 10 runners per race. Cost to enter: £10 per runner or £50 per school entered.

Please note: Each school must provide a helper/parent who will be willing to officiate on the day in order for the event to run smoothly (no experience needed). If you cannot supply an official then unfortunately your school cannot take part.
How to register: All entries to be submitted through the Scottish Schools website. Unfortunately, no late entries will be accepted. Please note the closing date for entries is Friday 7 February 2025. See you at the starting line!
