Running from 30 March - 10 April, 8am to 5pm, the club provides a safe, engaging environment where children can explore new interests, build confidence and make lasting friendships.
When choosing a holiday club, parents often look for a place where their children will be safe, well supported and genuinely enjoy their time. Albyn School’s Easter Holiday Club has been carefully designed with these priorities in mind. The programme is delivered by experienced classroom assistants who know how to create a positive and supportive atmosphere where children feel comfortable, encouraged and well cared for throughout the day.
Parents can also feel confident that their children will benefit from a wide variety of activities, ensuring no two days are the same. The club combines creative workshops, sports, hands-on challenges and outdoor adventures, alongside exciting offsite trips, giving children the opportunity to try new things, stay active and discover new interests during the school holidays. To suit busy family schedules, places can be booked either by the day or by the week, allowing parents to choose the option that works best for them.
Week 1: Easter Spring Adventures (30 March – 2 April) will see children taking part in Easter-themed crafts and baking, fitness circuits, a lively sports carnival, obstacle courses and a fun sand-sculpture challenge. The week also includes trips to Hazlehead Park and Aberdeen Beach, giving children the chance to enjoy fresh air and outdoor exploration.
Week 2: Nature and Easter Discovery (7 – 10 April) focuses on creativity, science and the natural world. Children will enjoy a sports tournament, build imaginative creations using Makedo, design colourful tie-dye pieces, and take part in nature crafts while making their own bug-spotter binoculars. A highlight of the week will be the egg-drop STEM challenge, alongside trips to Aberdeen Science Centre and the local park.
With a thoughtful balance of structured activities, outdoor play and memorable trips, the Albyn School Easter Holiday Club offers a fun, active and enriching experience during the school holidays. It’s the perfect opportunity for children to develop confidence, make new friends and create lasting memories.
