A big congratulations to Paige P in P7 who has been chosen to dance with the Scottish Ballet in their performance of The Nutcracker! 
Paige tells us more about her ballet journey below! 
"I have been dancing since I was 3 years old, which I started at Albyn School Nursery.
My first Nutcracker rehearsal was on the 20th of November 2021, and I loved it. Getting to see all my friends I had not seen in a long time was so much fun!
The training has been quite intense, but we always think about the end goal. We can’t wait until we perform, showing everyone all our efforts and hard work.
I have previously watched the Scottish Ballet perform The Nutcracker at His Majesty’s Theatre and I am such a huge fan of the show, so to be a part of it this year is just amazing, and I feel very privileged."
Paige will perform with the Scottish Ballet at the end of January!
