We are very proud of our pupils Catherine (S5) and Sanoja (S6) who made it through the second round of the Donald Dewar Debating Competition.
In January, Sanoja and Catherine debated against St Margaret's School for Girls, Broxburn Academy and Lornshill Academy on the motion "This house would legalise assisted dying in the UK".
After another fantastic performance, they have now made it through to the semi-final of the event which will take place in March. This is a great achievement and we wish them the very best of luck for the next round! #albynschool #educatingforlife
