Albyn pupil Hazel smashes Higher exams and receives six A's

We are very proud of our pupil Hazel who smashed her Higher exams, receiving six A's (Chemistry, English, Human Biology, Mathematics, Physical Education and Spanish). Reflecting on her journey, Hazel said: "My prelim results were not as good so I was quite surprised but happy. I was with my mum when I found out and she was really happy as well." As she sets her sights on a career in medicine, Hazel is in the process of deciding which university would be the right fit for her. In addition to her academic achievements, Hazel is also part of the School's Netball and Hockey teams. Hazel, who joined in S1, has really enjoyed her time at Albyn School. She said: "Teachers here help out whenever you ask. They always check up on you." She also cherishes the friendships she made at Albyn School. "I have many many good friends at Albyn. We are very close," said Hazel.
