Registration Now Open for Cross Country Championships 2026

The event is open to schools across the North East (from P4-S6) providing a platform for young athletes to showcase their endurance, teamwork and sportsmanship. 

Online registration is now live, making it quick and easy for schools to enter their teams and athletes. We encourage schools to register early to secure their place and ensure all competitors are included. 

Event Details:

• Friday 13 March 2026
• Balgownie Playing Fields
• Each school may enter a maximum of 10 runners per race

Cost to enter: £10 per runner or £75 per school entered.

Payable – Albyn School addressed to Mr J Lamont, Albyn School, 17-23 Queens Road, Aberdeen, AB15 4PB.

Please note: Each school must provide a helper/parent who will be willing to officiate on the day in order for the event to run smoothly (no experience needed). If you cannot supply an official then unfortunately your school cannot take part.
