Judo Success!

As the result a competitive year in 2021-2022, Vasiliy won the JudoScotland Pre-cadet Grand Prix 2022 (under 15 years old, under 42kg), the official results were released two weeks ago and the presentation ceremony took place at Inverclyde National Sport Centre on Saturday.

Furthermore, after changing the age band (to under 18 years old) and the weight category (to under 46kg) Vasiliy recently won a Silver medal at the Scottish National Cadet Championships (5 Nov) and a Bronze medal at the Welsh Open Cadet Championships (29 Oct).

Vasiliy is looking forward to competing for his second British Championships title in early December subject to recovery after a recent elbow injury!
