At the weekend, Team Albyn which included staff members, Mr Blunsdon and Mrs Thomas, Albyn parent, Neil McLean and Mike McLuckie who is Service Manager at Mother Technologies finished 7th out of 16 teams in the Corporate Race as part of the Scottish Criterium Championships 
The Scottish Criterium Championships supported the start of this year’s Tour of Britain. Each team member completed two laps of the short city centre course before handing over their timing chip. Fortunately they avoided the deluge on Sunday which would have made the cobbled sections especially treacherous. Despite the very intense effort they really enjoyed the event which was extremely good natured 
Fortunately for Mr Blunsdon, he did not have to race against the much faster, Beth (FP Class of 2008) who was representing Neptune Energy as they were on different legs!
