Feel Good Friday: Albyn School was “Feeling Cultural”

Today was the final Feel Good Friday of the term, and what an incredible celebration it was!

It was great to see pupils embrace the theme of “Feeling Cultural – Unity in Diversity” and wear their cultural dress to school to mark the occasion.

In the Nursery and Lower School, pupils celebrated within their classes and year groups by learning more about different cultures.

Meanwhile, the Upper School turned the Hall into a culinary adventure with our International Food Fair at lunchtime. With nearly 20 nationalities represented, we all enjoyed delicious dishes from around the world. Admission to this flavourful feast was just £4 – we are pleased to share we raised £800 which will be donated to our deserving Clan charities.

Our theme of celebrating “Unity in Diversity” continues into the following week, with Albyn’s first Iftar taking place on Tuesday 12 March.
