P7 pupils take part in The World Institute of Youth Art – Center for UNESCO competition

At the beginning of this year, our P7 Art and Design students participated in an international visual art competition organised by The World Institute of Youth Art – Center for UNESCO.

Young people all over the world were asked to create artworks on the theme of “Tales and legends of my country”. While some of our pupils were inspired by the Loch Ness Monster, others chose to depict a unicorn – the official national animal of Scotland.

All of our P7 students participated in this project, with 41 shortlisted for stage two. Congratulations!
